Educator Tax-Exemptions

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING.

BrayCore Education is pleased to offer eligible educators Tax Exempt purchasing and/or the ability to use Mississippi EEF Procurement Cards. To take advantage of these benefits, educators must first register for an Educator Account and complete a Tax Exemption Request Form. This section is only for Tax-Exempt / MS EEF Card direct purchases from our website. If you are wanting to do a Purchase Order (PO), please contact our team directly by clicking Contact Us .

How to Get Started:

1. REGISTER FOR YOUR EDUCATOR ACCOUNT 

To register, educators must first submit a valid professional organization/school email address to our Tax Exempt Team.

2. ACTIVATE YOUR EDUCATOR ACCOUNT

• Once verified and approved, an educator account username will be emailed to you.
• Use this username to reset your password and create your own unique password.

3. LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

• Visit our homepage at https://www.braycorestore.com.
• Click on “My Account” at the top of the page.
• Enter your username and password to access your account.

4. SUBMIT YOUR TAX-EXEMPTION REQUEST FORM

• In “My Account”, Navigate to Tax Exemption on the menu/dashboard.
• Complete the form and upload the necessary documents.
• Click Submit to send your request for verification.

5. APPROVAL PROCESS

• Our team will review your submission, usually within 24 – 48 hours.
• You will receive an approval or rejection email with further instructions, if needed.
• Once approved, your account status will also be updated to “Approved” in My Account, in the Tax Exemption tab on the dashboard. You may begin shopping upon approval. *Future purchases will automatically exclude sales tax when logged in with your Educator Account. All orders must be shipped to your school/organization. 

 

*Tax-exempt orders are subject to periodic review for compliance. Misuse of tax-exempt status may result in account restrictions. Review Tax Exemptions/Mississippi EEF Procurement Card Usage in our Terms & Conditions for full details.
